8 Arrests Are Made After 2 Search Warrants Are Executed Simultaneously in Marked Tree 

On March 16, 2018 at approximately 6:40 am, deputies from the Poinsett County Sheriff’s Office and officers with the Trumann Police Department executed 2 search warrants in Marked Tree simultaneously. Two teams were formed so each Search Warrant could be executed at the same time. One team went to 703 Lindsey Street and the other team went to 129 Dustin King Road, both in Marked Tree, AR. 

At 703 Lindsey Street, 6 handguns, 6 long guns, ammunition, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and cash derived from the sale of an illegal controlled substance were seized from the residence. 

The following people were arrested from Lindsey Street and transported to the Poinsett County Detention Center. 

Willie Mitchell Jr., 30, of Marked Tree is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with the Purpose to Deliver, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

Willie Mitchell Sr., 56, of Marked Tree is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with the Purpose to Deliver, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 3 counts of Possession of a Defaced Firearm. 

Jamie Evans, 27, of Trumann is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with the Purpose to Deliver, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons. 

Demarius Chandler, 24, of Trumann is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with the Purpose to Deliver, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons.

At 129 Dustin King Road, 7 handguns, 7 Long guns, marijuana, a large amount of ammunition, drug paraphernalia, a scanner, and cash derived from the sale of an illegal controlled substance were seized from the residence. 

The following people were arrested from Dustin King Road and transported to the Poinsett County Detention Center. 

Stephanie Hollins, 44, of Marked Tree is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with the Purpose to Deliver, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 1st Degree, and Unlawful Use of a Communication Device. 

Madison Biddle, 22, of Marked Tree is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with the Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 1st Degree. 

Dylan Biddle, 24, of Marked Tree is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with the Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 1st Degree, and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms. 

Harold Hollins, 42, of Marked Tree is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) with the Purpose to Deliver, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 1st Degree, and Unlawful Use of a Communication Device.
