Search Warrant Executed in Marked Tree 

On June 15, 2018 at approximately 7:00 am, drug enforcement investigators from the Poinsett County Sheriff's Office and Trumann Police Department executed a search warrant at 704 Lindsey Street in Marked Tree, AR. Ken D. Adams, 47, of Marked Tree was arrested after investigators and deputies found suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia inside his residence. He was charged with the following crimes and taken to the Poinsett County Jail where he will be held pending a probable cause hearing.

Ken D. Adams, 47, of Marked Tree is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (Meth), Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (Marijuana), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (felony).
