Drug Arrest

On January 22, 2018, deputies and officers with the Harrisburg Police Department executed a Search Warrant at Ricky Osban’s residence located at 800 Foch Street in Harrisburg, AR. The Search Warrant was the result of an investigation by deputies that spanned over several months.

During the search of the residence, marijuana, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, a gun, and over $2,800.00 in cash and coins were seized.

The shed located outside was searched and marijuana, several marijuana pipes, and a large bong were seized. It appeared the shed was being used as a marijuana smoking room.

Ricky Osban, 64 years of age, is currently incarcerated at the Poinsett County Detention Center and charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia within 1,000 feet of a School, Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms. All charges are felonies.

Sheena Chase of Harrisburg, 31 year of age, and Jacob Howe of Harrisburg, 26 years of age, were both arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, which are misdemeanors. They were cited to appear in Harrisburg District Court.
