Poinsett County Sheriff’s Office Launches New Website Feature 

The Poinsett County Sheriff’s Office launched a desktop and mobile Website in February 2017, added a mobile App for Android and iOS devices in December 2017, and we are now pleased to announce that we have added an inmate roster to the Website and mobile App. We invite the community to visit our site at https://www.PoinsettCountySheriff.org/inmate-roster to view the new inmate roster. 

Having the inmate roster online will allow the public to view photos and booking details for individuals in the detention center as well as those released within the last 48 hours. 

Our Website – https://www.PoinsettCountySheriff.org – provides details on all aspects of the Sheriff’s Office. One of our goals when developing the new Website was to provide a centralized location for current information such as press releases and where sex offenders are living in the county. 

The mobile App is available to download for free by visiting https://www.PoinsettCountySheriff.org/app or by going directly to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and typing “Poinsett County Sheriff” in the search bar. The App offers several features from the Website, including the new inmate roster, submit a crime tip, contact the Sheriff’s Office, press release, most wanted fugitives, and sex offender map.
