Joint Search Leads to an Arrest 

On October 9, 2018, the Poinsett County Sheriff’s Office and Marked Tree Police Department conducted a probation search at a house located on Sam Anderson Ave in Marked Tree, AR. During the search, methamphetamine and marijuana was located on Michael Nesby’s pocket. Nesby was arrested and transported to the Poinsett County Detention Center.

Michael T. Nesby, 45, of Marked Tree, AR is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana). Judge Ron Hunter set a $15,000 bond. Nesby’s first appearance in Poinsett County Circuit Court is scheduled on November 28, 2018.
