Execution of Search Warrant in Trumann Nets 2 Arrests

On October 11, 2018, a search warrant was executed by the Poinsett County Sheriff’s Office and Trumann Police Department on 421 Harrison Street in Trumann. During the search, Methamphetamine, OxyContin’s, Hydrocodone’s, Alprazolan’s, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia were found in the residence. The following individuals were arrested and transported to the Poinsett County Detention Center.

Cody Watts, 26, of Trumann is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone) with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance (OxyContin) with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Alprazolam) with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Felony Child Endangerment. A $20,000 bond was set today.

Martha Burges, 36, of Trumann is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone) with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance (OxyContin) with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Alprazolam) with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Felony Child Endangerment. A $25,000 bond was set today.
